Zach plays funky fingerstyle guitar that he describes as zephyr not reggae. He uses a loop pedal among other effects giving his acoustic guitar different voices. He also beat boxes. His vocal cadence is unique and tight. His playing often dips in and out of styles/genres like classic fingerstyle, blues, classical, reggae and funk.
