Fly my Pretties is a collaborative project bringing together some of Aotearoa, New Zealand's best roots, reggae, funk, folk and soul musicians to perform live versions of each other's tracks. It was the brainchild of Barnaby Weir from legendary Wellington reggae/roots band, Black Seeds.
This track features a massive group of talented musos joyously, jamming out to Aaron Tokona's track Turnaround. The groove is infectious. Aaron was best known for his project Ahoribuzz and was an incredibly gifted musician who sadly passed away in 2020.
