Came across this today. I see it has a lot of views already, and rightly so. So much going on here.. Three great musicians, each doing their own thing, but blending them so well. Everything has just the right amount of...reverb? Jacob's vocals are always so interesting. What makes Jacob's guitar sound like that? A lot of gain in the low end or? My top two guitarists are Richard Thompson and John Martyn. Richard for the head, John for the heart.
John's guitar style is pretty idiosyncratic, and he was forging some fascinating new paths back in the 60s and 70s.
This one is a very special song.
