Here’s a version of sympathy for the devil similar to what they did on the Yaya‘s album. There is a strumming rhythm, guitar, and bass line. Couldn’t think of a good complementary rhythm part as what Keith plays doesn’t really fit. If you want to solo over the same part please go ahead and add a solo and a second rhythm part if you have one.

Biography
59 year old married father of 2 grown children. Day job in IT. Obsessed with Black Sabbath back in high school, slowly transitioning to Heartland Rock (primarily Bruce Springsteen), Blues, and some Alternative (primarily U2). Became obsessed with learning to play guitar in 1983 as a sophomore in college, and played constantly through 1987. In 1988 I began a slow release of the obsession as my obsessions turned to graduate school, marriage, children, playing golf, and my career. Sold everything and didn't touch a guitar after 1995. Now that the kids are grown and out of the house was looking for a hobby and decided to buy a cheap guitar and try to re-learn some basic AC/DC, KISS, and Stones. My have things have changed! Really nice, inexpensive guitars, digital effects, and the internet making it possible to pretty much learn about whatever you want. This has gotten me obsessed in playing again, and this time learning all the things I was never able to learn back in the 80s - like how Keef played Jumping Jack Flash in open tuning, the Edge used delay to sound like that, and how to play songs I wanted to learn without going to a bar and watching the guitar players hands or sitting for hours trying to learn by ear. Attracted to Guitargate due to Michael's great explanations of the theory behind the songs - learning the theory being another thing I've become obsessed with.

Here is an 8 Bar Loop of knocking on Heaven’s door with rhythm guitar and bass. Please feel free to add a melody. I’m not very good at that. Also not a bass player so the bass line is pretty basic and could be definitely improved. If there are any vocalist out there, a vocal track would be killer.
So I’m confused about something with teleport. I know there are four inputs and four outputs, but let’s just focus on one input and one output. Let’s say I plug my electric guitar into input one and my output one goes into my line 6HXFX through the effects loop in my amp and then into my amp. Then I make a simple loop and upload it. What signal is uploaded? Is it the dry signal going into the teleport or does the teleport somehow capture the wet signal with my effects and amp preamp applied?

I’m 61 but I feel like 70! Now, if I can just get rid of the damn day job, I could spend more time time on here.

Is it OK to leave the teleport plugged in when not in use? I noticed that it goes to sleep, but wasn’t sure if it was better to unplug it versus just letting it sleep.
