Biography
I'm 65 and have been playing off and on since I was 10. A lot's happened since then and I'm happy to be healthy and alive.
I'm retired and a yoga teacher (this is my 20th anniversary teaching) and the only reason I mention that here is, I did my first 5 day teacher training session with Larry Schultz in 2002 at It's Yoga in Columbus OH. He was the personal yogi for the Grateful Dead in the mid-90s up until Jerry Garcia died. I still practice "The Rocket" which he created specifically for the Grateful Dead on concert days as it was only an hour long sequence instead of the 2hr required for the full series practice. There's way more to that story but I mention it because of Michael's love (and now mine) of all thing "Dead".

Paul Nelson of Rolling Stone magazine was in attendance that night. Writing about Rock 'n' Roll Animal he recalled: "As it happens, I had seen Reed and a mediocre pickup band at Lincoln Center some months earlier in his first New York non-Velvets appearance and he was tragic in every sense of the word. So, at the Academy, I didn't expect much and when his new band came out and began to play spectacular, even majestic, rock & roll, management's strategy for the evening became clear: Elevate the erratic and unstable punkiness of the centerpiece into punchy, swaggering grandeur by using the best arrangements, sound and musicians that money could buy; the trimmings, particularly guitarists Dick Wagner and Steve Hunter, were awesome enough so that if Reed were merely competent, the concert would be a success.

Disc 1, Side 1 - The Byrds Live - The first of these was the band's performance at Queens College's Colden Center Auditorium on February 28, 1970, and the second was their performance at the Felt Forum on March 1, 1970. The entire side is less than 18 minutes so perhaps you could do more than 1 song? It's non-stop from beginning to end. If I had to choose only one I guess it would be "Lover of the Bayou" or "Mr Spaceman".
