My favorite John Mayer live performance, perhaps ever. The audio quality is the cherry on top here. The rest of the sundae is nothing but some of the best dynamics I've ever heard. The guitar starts to melt away and then there's nothing but John's emotions left coming out of the sound system. And there's at least 4 minutes of soloing at that. Even a point where his fingers clearly cramp up (6:08) and he turns the mistake into a wonderful and repeated rhythmic interruption to the solo that he's never utilized in any other live show. I would LOVE to know if you all find this rendition as beautiful as I do. Personally I think John's playing here has assured his seat among the great legends.
