An amazing cover of the well known Bob Dylan song. For those of you who haven't heard of Arlen Roth....chances are you have; he was the technical advisor to the Ralph Macchio guitar movie "Crossroads".

Unfortunately, Arlen's life has also been marred by personal tragedy as he lost his daughter and wife to a car accident in the late 1990s. His daughter was on her way to starting her own musical career and and recently signed on to star in a Nickelodeon show about a musician.
