Michael, everyone knows Eddie Hazelโs Maggotbrain but Iโve always been partial to Michael Hamptonโs incendiary version on the One Nation Under a Groove album. Iโd be interested in hearing your take on it. Thanks!!

Matt has a great singing voice!! Lovely tune in a simple yet soulful manor. Would love to see a breakdown!
best version of this song imo. the band behind him, his voice, the feel, and ofc his guitar mastery. should definitely check this out
The Eagles LIVE in 1974, with Already Gone. Glenn Frey, Bernie Leadon, Randy Meisner and Don Henley. Specifically w/o their guitar greats Don Felder and Joe Walsh, they nail this performance. If you appreciate the work it takes to play it live, it's worth a look back in time.
Saw an interview of Billy Corgan where he said, "In the nineties we used to play a song that was 40 minutes long...who does that anymore?"
Irony aside, I believe this is their longest version of any song live. Always loved the quest to get a band to this just as a performing unit. Very underrated thing. Then to throw ontop the real deal rock and roll energy. A good jam for those looking for a sound that jams but doesnt want to sound like "a jam band."
