Marc Martel is fairly well known for being the closest we have to the voice of Freddie Mercury, but he's also a great guitar player. Check out this U2 cover, Karma Police, and Bohemian Rhapsody to get a good taste of this man's incredible talent.

Paul Gilbert live playing "Jackhammer" with Marco Minnemann
Start at 40:42 One of the first songs I learned when I bought my first guitar back in 2020. This is one my favorite live performances of it. Great beginner rhythm guitar from Cash, amazing improvising from Nelson
Hello Michael,
I donβt believe you have covered Ward Davis yet or if your even aware of him. He has co-written a few songs for his good friend Cody Jinks. I love all of his music but believe this to be a good example of his songwriting. In todays overproduced and auto tuned pop country, although some of it is still good music, itβs refreshing to hear someone such as Ward with just a six string , good voice, and lyrics play. Even if this doesnβt make it to your reacts videos. I hope you check him out. I would also recommend the song βThreadsβ
Iβve been watching your react videos for awhile now. I bought my first guitar in my late teens and played around with it but never learned anything. Then life happened had a daughter and laid that guitar down after a couple of years. Flash forward to today. Iβm 44 and picked the guitar back up about a year ago after twenty plus years of not playing. This time with the intention of actually learning. I have already learned more songs in this first year than I ever learned in my teens. Now Iβm ready to take it to the next level and learn more. After watching your react videos and the free lesson videos on Guitargate I decided to go all in and get the lifetime membership. Your passion for all music is inspiring and motivating. I look forward to interacting with the community you have built. Thanks for all you do. Keep hammering brother.
Hey Michael, been watching your videos for 2-3 years now and finally decided to sign up for your course. Loving it so far and can't wait to keep improving. Here is a live performance by Zac Brown Band I can't stop listening to, love the harmonies, the band, and most of all the transition. Would love to hear your thoughts as well. Rock on!
