Not much to say - you’ll see why I uploaded if you have listen!

I think you nailed it about what makes Radiohead so different from many of the other artists in the blues/jazz/rock field - they are metronomic in their music, and the groove is all from harmony and melody, and I think this track exemplifies that. The drums take a back seat but it's ever-present and a constant which the rest of the band build on. Especially Colin Greenwood the bassist - listen to his playing, he loves to utilise the off beat for his bass lines, and they weave just as intricate a texture as the lead guitar and the rhythm guitars. Put simply, Radiohead are the sum of their parts, and I don't think they'd function if they were to be minus any member.

Sturgill masterpiece

Just saw this performance for the first time from 1984. The long and loose intro builds up to the climax at 5:58 with an electrifying solo by Elven Bishop. The whole video is filled with cool licks!!

There is no one better. Another GuitarGate member put it best, Joscho plays all the things we wish we had thought of to play.
