REACTED TO

I’ve wanted to suggest a Jeffrey Martin video for a while but could not decide on which one. His ability to evoke emotion, and paint a picture with words and melody is something to behold. His songs transport you into these small worlds where you feel like you are there.

β€œRed Station Wagon” off his most recent album is such a great example of his pure raw talent. It is a very powerful song about friendship, growth, and reflecting back on things you see differently now as you have grown older. It still chokes me up on every listen.

He is one of the most honest pure song writers out right now. He is on the same level as Prine and Isbell for me.

Other songs that are in heavy rotation for me are β€œSad Blue Eyes” and β€œCoal Fire”

I really think this one will hit a lot of people, weather you are a musician or a guy that does a lot of overtime turning wrenches. It will pull on your heart.

It's Friday, I'm in a good mood, and the YouTube algorithm delivered me this tasty funk jam this morning so I wanted to share it with you. Let's get the funk out! :)
This song starts out fire and just keeps getting better. This band obviously has practiced together to have all those stops timed so well. The drummer is on point! The lead guitar player really displays some technical ability and then throws in some scat over his playing, so much fun.

Not sure if you done any Noah Kahan before. He's an artist my daughter introduced me to about a year ago that I dig and think you will too. Some nice guitar along with a great voice and some lyrics that I think you'll appreciate. Kinda of a modern take on folk. Have a great one, sir.

Michael, PLEASE help me understand why this sounds and feels like a *perfectly* arranged piece of music. Mrs Green Apple never fails to deliver.
