I'm finally going back to the fundamentals to get a more solid foundation in my guitar playing. Instead of learning covers, I want to have a real solid base to become an all-around better guitar player. Thank you for breaking down this concept so easily, Michael! I'm looking forward for everything ahead, while taking my time to really master concepts before moving on.

Recently came across this group the other day and thought the community would enjoy it. Good groove and tight sound.

Putting this out there to get more involved in the Guitar Gate community. I'm working on getting clean tone. Please provide tips and tricks on how I could clean this up. Thanks!

Nice intimate performance. I like the hammer-on/pull-off technique. The guitarist's name is John Paul White and her name is Joy Williams. Enjoy

Putting this out there for anyone who doesn't know them. One of the better Red Rocks shows I've experienced.

Here's a taste of what this guy, Corey Heuvel, can do. He plays covers real clean and crisp.

Four songs ... take your pick! Good clean mandolin, guitar and bass jamming in the woods. What more could you ask for?

I've always had trouble trying to pick apart James Taylor's fingerstyle playing. This is a short tune, but one of my favorites I'd love to learn how to play for open mic nights. Any chance you could pick it apart? Thanks in advance, and for building this awesome community.
