I heard this live at the Charlotte show back in 2001, and it instantly went into my top 5 songs ever. The guitarist, the tone, and the band...perfection to my ears. I just booked tickets to see Clapton in Denver later this year, and hope that River of Tears makes the set list. Would love to hear your breakdown of this blues classic.
