What I love about this video is that it wasn't a planned part of the set, it was a request from a young kid in the front row. There are parts where they forget how the song goes a little, but it's still just an incredible performance of a very emotional song.

These guys are just a high energy, fun Rock & Roll band. Great riffs and vocals. They aren't reinventing the wheel here, but they sure are having fun rolling with it.

Can't believe it's already been 10 years since this early Winery Dogs show (their 2nd ever). An all time great for me!

I know your reactions are generally from live performances, but I think the guitar world is going wild for the new EXTREME song, and deservedly so. Nuno pays tribute to the late great EVH, but also puts his own stamp on it, as usual. Nuno is finally getting some well-deserved recognition, and would be great to hear your reaction to it Michael!

While The Winery Dogs enjoy the success of their III album, I remind us of one of the great live performances from their early days. Amazing rendition of Regret!

I just "discovered" this guy who's been around for quite a while, very soulful voice and great storytelling in his songs. He's featured in the show "Yellowstone" and sings this tune in the show, among others. Worth a listen ;)

Ok Michael, if you don't "react" to this one I might have to rescind my Lifetime membership...just kidding, I won't, but please do react to this one, it's an all time great of the birth of the Winery Dogs!

Richie has a great story behind this song, and how it helped him get the Poison job. The audition was not going well until they asked him if he had any originals, and he played this for them...the rest is history. That said, Poison is just a footnote in Richie's vast catalog, but I love this solo re-do of one of his older songs.

When in doubt go with a legend. Stevie's vocals on this are amazing, and such an emotional performance.

I never paid any attention to Keith until I saw this show, and this song in particular was the highlight for me. From the slinky opening melody, the subtle riffs, to the story telling...and then the closing solo/jam, when Mayer pulls out some unusual technique combined with effect that I don't even know if it has a name...just a great duo performance all around.

One of the great live tribute medley's of all time...you just have to ignore Gary Cherone's dancing, lol, his voice is great though, and Nuno nails Brian May's essence (as Brian himself acknowledges is the opening)

Michael, after your recent loss, and your reacting to songs like Brokedown Palace, it got me thinking about this song...in my view it's probably the greatest song about what may happen after we pass on. Even if you don't do a full Reaction to it, I hope you find the time to give it a listen. I may have not waited a full week since my last post, sorry ;)
