One day, about 4 years ago, I was riding my bike through a park and saw this couple playing acoustics and singing together. As I approached the ladies my eyes welled up. They were probably only strumming a Gadd9 and a Cadd9. But thats all it took for me to go buy a crappy old samick off my brother-inlaw. Starting my crawl down this seemingly frustrating path known as music theory. Frustrating until I stumbled upon mikes youtube channel. Im totally self taught and always got bogged down by the sheer vastness of information that is the fretboard. But I really feel this is a new type of guitar teaching.
