The first song I heard by Shakey Graves thanks to a random Pandora suggestion. They way he works vocally with her is really interesting to me and the tone of his voice is extremely unique.

I stumbled upon Benjamin Tod going down the rabbit hole on the youtubes one night during a bad time in my life. His lyrics spoke to me, and although a different pain from what I was experiencing, you can hear his pain and experiences in his voice. Its not what I would call a technical guitar song but I find this song and his others to be quite moving.

I was a late comer to Metallica and had no idea this was a bass guitar when I first heard it. This will always be one of my favorites along with Orion.

I would like to blame the cheap Epiphone tuners and old strings, but I am sure the operator was the cause for needing 5 min to tune my guitar.
