I started playing guitar at the age of 18 and have been playing off and on for the last 20-25 years. I have never taken instructor based lessons but I have spent many hours on youtube, in books, and playing with friends. The majority of my playing has been on an acoustic guitar which is what I really enjoy the most. I joined Guitar Gate in hopes that I may become a more rounded and balanced guitar player.
