The first song of Jacob’s only Toronto gig. I was in the second balcony singing my ass off as Jacob made us part of the show before playing a single note. Then he hit us with all his stuff and it was ON! This makes that Snarky Puppy video look like a scene from Driving Miss Daisy. I’m still in awe.

Hi Michael, Hope you'll show some love to a former in-person student of yours. I was 35 years older than all your other students at the time, even older now, but not quite old enough to remember this legend. Everything about this video is killer, starting with the swagger of Sonny Boy Williamson introducing Lonnie. When Lonnie kicks off a few of the intro bars, then gently shakes his head and says "yes," you know it's going to be a gem. Vocals, film and audio quality, band - all excellent.
