I've checked out a few from Cole's Red Barn Radio session and there are a lot of good ones, this one caught my attention in particular. Emotional story, catchy chorus, just a good tune all around.
So many great lines that help to give a visualization of the lyrics, "In the winter the snow just blowed on in through holes in a wall you could throw a dog through" :)
As much as I HATE to recommend another Billy Strings song - the chord progression and scale changes in this song are too much. the chords are one thing - but I'd REALLY like to know what they're doing with the scales, and WHY this song works so well. Thanks!
