I've loved this song for years now. The album version is so hypnotic and beautiful in it's simplicity, with it's repeated chord progression and clever layering. There are so many different arrangements of this song online as Matthew and the band never seem to play the same version twice. I think this version has the most guitar so thought I'd share it with the community. Enjoy!

Hey Mikey ! New subscriber but have religiously watched your videos ever since you watched the Danny Carey drum video and I could easily tell you werenโt another โYouTube reaction dudeโ . Because of you showing all these great unknown or lesser known artists and having a pure appreciation for every aspect of the music first heard this cover a long time ago and since itโs always been my favorite .. I just canโt thank you enough man truly!
Keep up the great work sir !
One of Canada's most under-appreciated bands... amazing singers / songwriters, and Pete Lesperance has got to be the most criminally unknown/underrated guitarist around. These guys ROCK!.
Besides winning Best Alternative Music Album at this years Grammys this year, this group seems to look like are having a blast on stage. The song feels like a driving energy that explodes, and you can tell by the way the crowd react.
Even if you don't do a reaction to this, I promise it will be worth the 6 minutes it takes to watch this. Perfect performance, from the voice, to the strings, to the guitar tone. Just a whole mood...
Plus, the New York Philharmonic Orchestra is the backing band.
