Ian D'Sa from Billy Talent (out of Toronto) is a great rhythm player. They have had a lot of success in Canada and Europe over the years, but less so in the States. Ian plays drop D most of the time, but with strong focus on full chords (hitting the high strings) that blend rhythm/lead riffs! Enjoy!

This is a video of SRV killing it on a TV appearance. SRV is not with Double Trouble in this performance but the band is in a complete and total groove from the onset of this performance, and of course, SRV delivers the goods!!!!!!!

Stephen Malkmus was the frontman for the band Pavement from the 90's. I know he uses a lot of alternate tunings. I look forward to your analysis. BTW, that drummer is great!
