Wow, what a voice on this young man. I'm submitting this because I think he is a good singer/songwriter with a lot of soul. He may be a household name one day. Apparently he's only 15 years old.
While the guitar work doesn't seem too difficult, I'd say it's definitely not beginner level, with some barre chords and interesting little embellishment.
I'd like to hear you break down the theory here and let me know what you think of Jake Kohn's performance overall.

One of Willi's big three songs along with Tulsa's Last Magician and Cheap Cocaine. Beautiful lyrics and some great picking. Willi is an absolute treasure and seeing him live was an incredible experience.
