Lesson Details

In this lesson, I bring back a classic lesson about using your vibrato and string muting techniques to let one finger (usually my 3rd) make your lead lines sing out from the fretboard. Let me see you try it!

A new guitar. Love it. In this bit I'm trying out some things: double stops, phrasing (as in this lesson) and playing without a pick.

Thanks again for the inspiration, all of you. And especially, Michael. Of course.

This was a super helpful exercise! When I play I don't necessarily hear all the aberrant noises I am making. It took me a few tries, and they are still in there, but getting better. Today is just one of those days where in total darkness I am pretty and in total silence I sound amazeballs. lol

P.s. I apologize for the really crappy sound quality in all of my videos. I am no longer allowed nice cameras or sound equipment since the last nice camera I had died in a catapult incident. I keep saying that I have matured since then, but I guess there is a significant amount of evidence proving the opposite...
