james.Lagrange Steve Howe of Yes is one o my favorite guitarist. In this tune he chose the 3 major chords that had the common tone of the note G. G root. Eb 3rd. C 5th. He improvised in G major mostly but the Eb chord with Eb and Bb notes required modal interchange to G minor. I tried to channel Chris Squire's bass ideas using any and ALL possible inversions of the 3 chord vamp. I didn't have a bass handy so I did the bass track with guitar pitch shift of an octave down. A real bass would have been WAY BETTER
