How To Train
Using your metronome to measure your resistance and gains. You want to start at a comfortable tempo, and increase incrementally over time.
Practice discipline by alternate picking, muting the non-played strings, making sure each note rings out as long as possible, and FEEL THE BEAT. BREATHE THROUGH IT.
DO NOT GIVE UP. FINISH STRONG.
If you make a mistake, finish the whole exercise and then do the whole thing over.
