     I just got my teleport and power supply today. I was setting it up and updating the firmware when the power supply stopped working. Can I get a power supply replacement please?

     Hey what is your signal chain look like when using the teleport if you don't have an effects loop for your amp and you want to use a pedal board? I'm still learning about pedal board and signal chains

     Michael,  
    I’m trying to update the firmware on my pedal and it seems to be locked up. I started the update and now all the lights are on but it’s not responding. What should I do?

     New guy here with a question. I have a spark go for my practice amp. The effects are built in to the amp. I'm having problems finding where in the signal chain I'm supposed to put the teleport.  
    If it's before the amp, it's only raw signal from the guitar.  
    The ai told me to use the headphone out into the input of the teleport, but then I can't hear either. Anyone else have a similar issue? Do I need a different amp? Do I need stomp boxes? @MICHAEL
